3. Estimates & Home Solicitation Compliance

All estimates provided are subject to change and are not binding until included in a written agreement.

For contracts signed at a residence, customers may have a 3-day right to cancel under California law (Civil Code §1689.5), where applicable.

4. Payments & Mechanics Lien Notice

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:

Project delays or suspension

Filing of a Mechanics Lien as permitted under California law

You will receive the required preliminary notices where applicable.

5. Scope of Work

All work will be defined in a written contract. Any changes (change orders) must be agreed upon in writing and may affect cost and timeline.

6. Warranties

Warranty details will be outlined in your written contract. No warranties are implied beyond those required by California law unless expressly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, All Stars Builders Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.
